Today is the anniversary of one of the most bothced government efforts from an American natural disaster in history. We at 5ivebruhs want to remember those who were displaced and died in this tragic time 3 years ago. Some of the images unfortunately are still there and the great American city of New Orleans STILL has not been completely restored to its previous vibrance. By the way the song of the day was a UK released bonus track on the Roots' 2006 album "Game Theory" its called "Bread and Butter" and it was dedicated to the Katrina victims.
On another somber yet lighter note.... The King of Pop's birthday is today so I thought it would be nice to remember one of his most famous contributions to the world of entertainment.
